There is no more great love than to lay down your life for friends. So inspired by His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ my brother Joe risked his life many times to service of the country, the people who he served and loved to the perils of his life days and nights and to the heroic example in the rescue of many lives in September 11, 2001.
May his memory be e blessing and inspiration to all that love God and people.
Blessing to everyone of your family and all the people that express sorrows and condolences from the patriarch of the family, the oldest brother of Joe,

We are happy to announce that an agreement has been reached regarding NYCPD I.D. Card renewals for out of town, 10-13, chapter members.  This procedure needs to be followed exactly as outlined in the attached NYCPD ID Card Renewal Procedure and the Retiree Application.

This NYCPD ID Card renewal program is ONLY for chapter members who are NOT living in the five boroughs of New York City and the six counties in which active members are permitted to live. The chapter member requesting an NYCPD ID Card renewal must be a dues paying member of associated 10-13 chapters and needs to give that information upon application.
